Eat the seasons

Autumn brings to life a number of great dishes of seasonal produce, including duck & venison. Both are included in our new menu and guests have been extremely complimentary about taste & flavor. Our dishes duck with creamed brussel sprouts, butternut squash & plum & venison with celeriac purée, fondant potato, chantenay carrots, golden beetroot & hazelnuts can be complimented with two fantastic wines from our cellar: côtes du rhône, domaine l’ancienne école rhône, france or château la graula, bordeaux périeur, bordeaux, france.
