Joseph Drouhin Wine Dinner – 15th May

The Adamson Restaurant, Justerini & Brooks & Joseph Drouhin have come together to present an exceptional wine dinner. Guest will enjoy a champagne reception, canapes, four-course menu together with five different Burgundy appellations from Maison Joseph Drouhin.
The event will be held on Tuesday 15th May with the champagne reception in the Adamson Bat at 19:00 and seated for dinner at 19:45. Monsieur Christophe, Joseph Drouhin Export Director will host the dinner, and describe the wines and food pairings. New Bar Menu 

We are excited to launch our new bar menu. This has been created to be more suitable for guests who prefer a lighter meal. It’s also a great way to kick off dinner with a drink and a snack or even wind down with some friends after a long day at work.
This inventive menu includes parma ham, feta, sun blushed tomatoes & micro basil; avocado & pomegranate salad (n)(v) quinoa, almonds, blueberry, honey, turmeric & yoghurt; squid, watercress & pepper mayo and prawns, chilli, lemon grass, coriander & brioche.

Courier Food and Drink Awards

The first ever food and drinks awards for Dundee, Angus, Perth and Fife took place in March at the Old Course Hotel with The Adamson picking up a top award.
The Menu, The Courier’s Saturday food magazine awards are a celebration of businesses and individuals who create stunning products, dishes and tipples that are among the best in the industry.
Julie Lewis collected the prize for best ‘Mixologist/Sommelier of the Year’ sponsored by Eden Mill. We are immensely proud of our team and we would like to thank all of our guests for their continued support.

Weekend Brunch 

Since launching, our Weekend Brunch has become a ritual for many. Keep those hunger pangs at bay after a long lie enjoying one of our delicious brunch dishes. 
Served every Saturday and Sunday from 11am – 4pm and overflowing with choice, the menu includes eggs benedict; eggs royale; avocado & spinach or French toast served with bacon & maple syrup. Why not combine this with an Adamson Bloody Mary, Mimosa or a cheeky glass of champagne.

New Spring Menu

The delicate and delicious tastes of new season produce and brighter weather all come together in our stunning new Spring menu, available from Tuesday the 6th of March. Our Head chef, Stewart Macaulary & his dedicated team have created a great range of dishes, including squid, chorizo, black olives & tomatoes; crab & king prawn linguine; goat loin & shoulder bbq gem,mash & sauce reform. To round off try our dessert of crème brûlée banoffee, caramel, fudge, rum and banana ice cream.

Delicious NEW Vegan menu

Vegetables are the star of the show on our menu as we launch new dishes to cater to our Vegan guests. These include courgette spaghetti, peppers, red onion, sweetcorn, tomato; tortellini with butternut squash & sage, baby spinach & pumpkin seeds; black bean burger with pepper, garlic, agave syrup, white wine, cumin, chilli powder, coriander and japanese red currant;  & dessert of panna cotta, coconut, pineapple, dark chocolate, rhubarb & pistachio.


The Adamson were very proud to be a partner of this year’s DON’T WALK Charity Fashion show held at the end of February. The event hosted over 1000 students from St Andrews University for an incredible runway show & charity auction to raise funds for the Robin Hood Foundation, based in New York City & Salam LADC, based in Lebanon.  The party carried on long into the night and to ensure all fashionistas felt fabulous the next day we hosted a Bloody Mary Brunch on Sunday. Congratulations to everyone involved.  Visit our Facebook pages for the photo gallery.

StAnza Festival 2018

From  7th – 11 March 2018, Scotland’s International Poetry Festival will be in the town.  The programme has events, installations & exhibitions celebrating this year’s festival themes of Boderlines & The Self.
