Burns Night

Dust off your tartan and get the ceilidh started at The Adamson as we serve up a traditional Burns night menu on Thursday 25th January.
We have put together a traditional Burns Night menu with haggis at its heart in honour of the great Scottish bard. Join us for a three course haggis feast for £25 per person with reservations available from 17:00pm and celebrate everyone’s favourite Scottish poet with us.

Celebrating Jo Malone’s New Fragrances

Our creative bar team will be serving up cocktails at the launch of Jo Malone’s captivating new cologne collection at their St Andrews store on Friday 23rd February 2018.
The new English Fields limited edition fragrances of Green Wheat & Meadowsweet, Oat & Cornflower, Primrose & Rye, Honey & Crocus & Poppy & Barley will be celebrated with an evening of indulgence and bespoke cocktails made by the team from The Adamson. We have two invites to WIN so keep your eyes peeled on our Facebook page for details of our competition.

Valentine’s Day Dinner

Looking to impress your partner this February 14th? Dining at The Adamson on our A la carte menu is the ideal way to show someone how much you love them this Valentine’s Day. There are plenty of sharing dishes for that little extra romance including our signature Oysters, the mouthwatering Chateaubriand steak and a rich irresistable sharing dessert. Closing for maintenance

Both the Restaurant & Cocktail bar will be closed from Monday 8th and will be re-open for lunch on 15th January to allow essential maintenance to be carried out.

Hogmanay and the Bells at The Adamson

At Hogmanay whether you’re looking for an early meal before heading out or you’d prefer to make an entire evening of it, visiting The Adamson at New Year’s Eve is a great experience. We will be ready to welcome you on December 31st to celebrate in style with bookings available on our main menu from 5pm. When dining after 7pm your table will be yours for the evening with access to our ‘Hogmanay Party’ in the cocktail bar after your dining experience. So round up a few friends, book a table and start the countdown to 2018 with us.

Sunday Lunch – New for Winter 

Sunday lunch is one British tradition worth observing. All you need is a lazy afternoon, good company and more Sunday papers than you could ever hope to read.
At The Adamson this winter we have all of that and more. Join us for a three course authentic Sunday roast with full trimmings. Our menu includes starters of soup, calamari, mains of roast striploin, salmon, chicken, orzo pasta and desserts of delice or apple and cinnamon sponge. The 3 course menu is priced at £22.50 and will be available each Sunday from 10th December between 12:00 and 15:00.
Should you choose to combine this with a glass of fizz or wine you will have a Sunday lunch to remember.

Weekend Brunch commencing 16th December

Each Saturday and Sunday between 11:00 and 17:00 come to the Adamson Restaurant or Bar to enjoy a fabulous brunch experience. It is a great way to relax with friends after a lazy morning.
Our scrummy brunch menu includes caesar salad, sweet chilli mayo, eggs benedict, royale and florentine, steak sandwich, smoked haddock risotto, chicken salad and pancakes. What a treat and a perfect choice for brunch location in the heart of St Andrews.

New Winter Wine Selection

To provide a broad selection of quality and unique wines for our winter menus, over the last months our team have been busy tasting and selecting new products with seasonal flavours for you to enjoy.
To suit our winter climate we have made terrific additions from Hungary, Austria, Italy, Portugal, Spain, France and South Africa. A truly international offering will be available from 11th December. Please check our website for full details at that time.

New winter menu

The new winter menu was launched on 13th November with lots of interesting dishes of pigeon, sirloin on the bone to share, venison, hake and scrumptious desserts. We look forward to you enjoying an exciting and memorable meal this winter. Our new drinks list including some excellent new wines and cocktails will be launched later this month – I can’t wait to try new exciting portions.
