Cocktails – the New Collection

Last month we launched a new cocktail and wine list of original and innovative serves for the spring and summer months. This new collection of drinks is the most recent work of our pioneering mixologists Joe Cassidy and Callum Merriman, following research of the latest trends in London and New York.
Taking centre stage is ‘The Tom Morris’ cocktail. As many of you will know, Tom was a Scottish professional golfer in the 1800’s and recognised as one of golf’s first young prodigies. This delightful cocktail features St Andrews Eden Mill Gin and Thurso River based Holy Grass Vodka.

Graduation at The Adamson

After the years revising, researching and exams it’s time to celebrate. Dine from our specially created three-course Graduation dinner Menu for £49.95 per person. A reduced A la carte option is available at lunch.
If your celebrations are likely to last a little bit longer, why not join us for Champagne cocktails in bar and raise a glass and toast the future at The Adamson.
Our Graduation menu is available from June 19th- 23rd June and bookings are now open. Call 01334 479 191.

The Chateaubriand is Back

One of our favourite cuts, Chateaubriand, is back on the menu. Enjoy one of our 28 day dry-aged Chateaubriands to share for two gently charcoal grilled to your taste.
Chateaubriand is traditionally made from a thick centre cut of beef tenderloin. The cut weighs 500g and it is intended to serve two. This makes it a perfect meal to share at an intimate dinner in St Andrews. Indulge and book today: 01334 479 191
