Veuve Clicquot Champagne Brunch

Our annual Sunday Champagne Brunch experience last weekend was one all our guests will remember for a long time. Packed with great food, plenty of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and the party was in full swing with Tay FM Radio Presenter DJ Callum Gallacher.
We are delighted that Callum will be returning to our weekend line-up to get you ready for the Summer nights.

Wimbers & World Cup Fever

July sees great events in the sporting calendar. Enjoy Wimbledon in our cocktail bar with Pimm’s chilling and strawberries & cream. Where better to watch the finals.
There have already been some great matches in The World Cup and as we look to the final on Sunday 15th July why not book a table before or after kick off and enjoy scrumptious food while soaking up the atmosphere.

Cocktail Masterclasses

Our cocktail masterclasses are a great hit with groups who enjoy creating potions & concoctions.
We have created three different packages to choose from:
Bronze – £25pp
A 90 minute masterclass with one of our highly skilled bar team where your group will learn the tricks of the trade and get to try 2 cocktails with the chance to get behind the bar and have a go at making one for yourself!
Silver  – £30pp + A glass of prosecco on arrival!
Gold – £35pp + A glass of prosecco on arrival & a selection of canapés to share in our bar.


A wonderful July of Golf

With the British Open being held in Carnoustie between 15th – 22nd July and the Senior’s Open from 26th – 29th July on the Old Course St Andrews golf fans from around the world will descend on St Andrews as their base to view these wonderful tournaments. Top award for Julie Lewis & the Adamson Bar

The Adamson were proud to be named ‘Scotland’s Best Bar’ at a glittering ‘BWS Women in Business and Hospitality Awards’ ceremony in Glasgow last month.
Almost 200 entries from across Scotland were shortlisted to 33 finalists across 10 categories which recognise outstanding achievements by women in the hospitality sector. The final decision was made following an independent judging process which saw a panel of adjudicators including David Cochrane Chief Executive of HIT Scotland, Fiona Richmond, Special Projects manager at Scotland Food & Drink and Susan Russell, Chair of Women in Tourism.

Crail Food Festival

The Crail Food Festival is a highlight of the summer festival calendar. Held on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th June, the programme includes a variety of food and drink based events and opportunities for producers to demonstrate their accomplishments.

Graduation Celebrations
