The Royal Wedding Brunch

Join the Royal Wedding festivities of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on Saturday 19th May in The Adamson bar. We will be putting on a ‘Royal Show’ with the proceedings shown LIVE on our TV screens with a sparkling ‘Royal Brunch’ served from 11am – 4pm.
Arrive dressed royally in street party style with bunting and you are encouraged to bring your own party hats.
Our Brunch includes Oysters, Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, Eggs Royale, Smoked haddock, Avocado & spinach (ve) and French toast, bacon & maple syrup. To reserve a table call 01334 479191.

The Adamson at Crail Food Festival

The Food Festival is a major highlight in the summer calendar. Held on Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th June, the programme includes a variety of food and drink events with opportunities for producers and public to share experiences. In addition, music, children’s activities, indoor and outdoor markets, provide a colorful scene.

Veuve Clicquot Champagne Summer Brunch NEW for June 2018

First things first: Champagne. Brunch wouldn’t be the same without it; The Adamson have teamed up with Veuve Clicquot to add a little extra sparkle to the affair with copious amounts of bubbles, an excuse to dress up, delicious food and live entertainment.  This awesome event is planned to kick off the graduation week on Sunday 24th June from 12pm-4pm. Guests will enjoy a delicious 3 course brunch together with Veuve Clicquot Champagne in the Adamson bar.

Magnums and Malts

Make mine a Magnum – for larger parties there’s little to beat the presence of a wonderful Magnum on the dinner table. Our selection includes: Macon Uchizy, Marques de murrieta reserva, Châteauneuf du pape, cuvee felix domaine versin and Brunello di montalcino, le ragnaie fornace.
In addition, this season we have selected 5 outstanding single malts: Benriach 22 yo, Inchmoan 25 yo, Highland park fire 15 yo, Glenscotia 25 yo and Caol ila 25 yo.

Joseph Drouhin Wine Dinner – 15th May

The Adamson Restaurant, Justerini & Brooks & Joseph Drouhin have come together to present an exceptional wine dinner. Guest will enjoy a champagne reception, canapes, four-course menu together with five different Burgundy appellations from Maison Joseph Drouhin.
The event will be held on Tuesday 15th May with the champagne reception in the Adamson Bat at 19:00 and seated for dinner at 19:45. Monsieur Christophe, Joseph Drouhin Export Director will host the dinner, and describe the wines and food pairings. New Bar Menu 

We are excited to launch our new bar menu. This has been created to be more suitable for guests who prefer a lighter meal. It’s also a great way to kick off dinner with a drink and a snack or even wind down with some friends after a long day at work.
This inventive menu includes parma ham, feta, sun blushed tomatoes & micro basil; avocado & pomegranate salad (n)(v) quinoa, almonds, blueberry, honey, turmeric & yoghurt; squid, watercress & pepper mayo and prawns, chilli, lemon grass, coriander & brioche.

Courier Food and Drink Awards

The first ever food and drinks awards for Dundee, Angus, Perth and Fife took place in March at the Old Course Hotel with The Adamson picking up a top award.
The Menu, The Courier’s Saturday food magazine awards are a celebration of businesses and individuals who create stunning products, dishes and tipples that are among the best in the industry.
Julie Lewis collected the prize for best ‘Mixologist/Sommelier of the Year’ sponsored by Eden Mill. We are immensely proud of our team and we would like to thank all of our guests for their continued support.

Weekend Brunch 

Since launching, our Weekend Brunch has become a ritual for many. Keep those hunger pangs at bay after a long lie enjoying one of our delicious brunch dishes. 
Served every Saturday and Sunday from 11am – 4pm and overflowing with choice, the menu includes eggs benedict; eggs royale; avocado & spinach or French toast served with bacon & maple syrup. Why not combine this with an Adamson Bloody Mary, Mimosa or a cheeky glass of champagne.

If you can’t make it to a sporting event, you can now soak up the lively atmosphere in The Adamson Bar with our new 50 inch 4K UHD screens. Selected Sporting events include The FA Cup Final, The Grand National, The Open Championship, The World Cup and Wimbledon.
