Ahead of Scotland Food & Drink’s ‘Sustainable Shores’ month, we invited the Year 2 class from St Leonards School in to meet Head Chef Macca and learn all about sustainable shores with Colin Cromar. Plus, to celebrate the fabulous seafood from our nearby shores, Macca has recently created a stunning new dish of roast fillet of cod on our new menu. What can we say? We seafood and eat it!
