Bar Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations in a vibrant hospitality environment. Duties

• Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring they are well-trained in bartending techniques and customer service.

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create complementary drink menus that enhance the dining experience.

• Maintain inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability.

• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the bar area.

• Develop and maintain a positive team environment through effective leadership and team management practices.

• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Experience in making cocktails & proven record of delivering service in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and staff alike.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
