Our fresh, new seasonal menu has mouth watering dishes of parma ham; peach & mozzarella bruschetta, chicken, bacon & leek cottage pie, smoked salmon & prawn risotto and beef ragu; tagliatelle & basil. St Andrews Bay Lobster

We are proud to work closely with St Andrews Seafoods who deliver our lobsters fresh every day. The company’s attention to detail in high quality filtration provides the best sustainable product from creel to plate. This summer, we are offering a half lobster in our grill menu naked, classic thermidor or as surf and turf with your steak. For a lighter option, we also have a wonderful lobster & avocado salad with watercress, walnut, mint & dill aioli.

Piedmont & Truffle Dinner – Save The Date

Following our successful Louis Jadot evening, we are now pleased to announce our forthcoming wine dinner on Wednesday 9th of October 2019. This will be a themed evening of Italian wines and truffle, hosted by Michael Palij, who is a master of wine. Michael is widely regarded throughout the world as one of the foremost authorities on Italian wine. The Piedmont region offers a wonderful variety of wines from Walter Massa; Tomarosso & Barbera, Barolo from Damilano and Birbet from Marco Porello. Our Head Chef David Lilley will design a modern italian 4 course menu to work with these wine pairings. We anticipate tickets to go fast so please save the date and secure your reservation as soon as possible.

Foodies Festival -Edinburgh

Our Head Chef David Lilley will be demonstrating in the Chefs Theatre at The Foodies Festival In Inverleith Park at 1pm on Saturday 3rd of August. It is a great afternoon to see the latest trends and developments in the food & beverage industry.
